For the second consecutive month, every closed sale in Ocean Hills finished at $1 million or higher. Five sales in June, all detached, and the standouts made a real statement:
- A St. Tropez on a premium private lot
- A large San Remo with owned solar closing at $1.82 million
- A Delphi-2 on an elevated lot in Portofino
The pattern is consistent with what we've been seeing all year: buyers pay real premiums for privacy, elevation, view, and modern touches (owned solar, updated systems). The bigger detached plans, San Remo, Mystra, Bellagio, Antibes, have their strongest demand in years.
