The buyers out in January are serious. Fewer showings on your calendar, less noise, but the ones who come walked in on purpose. Homes staged well and priced honestly still find their person, even in the slowest month.
If you're thinking about buying
You have less to choose from, but you're also not fighting for it. When the right Palma or Delphi comes up in the right village, you can move without the offer wars we'll see in April. Being pre-approved and ready to write puts you at the front of the line.
