A new home at 2605 Town Garden was just listed for $669,500 in the Bressi Ranch community in Carlsbad.  Another shockingly low short-sale price for the desirable Bressi Ranch.  The price seems aggressive with the high number of buyers wanting to call Bressi home.  The recent sale in 2 days on Topiary for the smaller plan (list price $750,000) should give the agents confidence to list the home higher.  Nevertheless, this home should have multiple offers and sell within the week.

Bressi Ranch did not disappoint with another festive year of holiday lights and community events. THE Mr. and Mrs Claus made an appearance at the Bressi Ranch community center with holiday music, hot coco and face painting thanks to the extra efforts of the Bressi Ranch social committee.

A new short sale property in Bressi Ranch at 6243 Dartington Way is expected to sell quickly. Although the advertised "expansive ocean views from upstairs bedrooms" should be merely a peek at best, this home has a great floor plan.

But there have been very few Bressi Ranch homes for sale in the past months.
