Jeff Pashby is a proud native of Carlsbad, California. While studying Economics at the University of California - Irvine, Jeff passed the state exam at the age of 18 to become one of the youngest licensed real estate agents in California, eventually going on to receive two back-to-back scholarships from the California Association of Realtors. Jeff joined The Lund Team in 1997 and is now Co-Owner of the company. Jeff's experience spans thousands of transactions of all types: trust sales, investment, first-time home buying, luxury estates, and more.
