Born and raised in North County San Diego, Tyson Lund is a Broker and Co-Owner of The Lund Team, the family company his parents founded in 1982. He grew up in the business and earned his ownership by performing. Licensed in 2003, he has spent more than two decades helping North County clients buy and sell across every price point.

His work has earned recognition from Realtor Magazine, which named him to its 30 Under 30 in 2007, and from San Diego Magazine, which has honored him as a Five-Star Agent nearly every year since 2008. A former real estate analyst and columnist for the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, Tyson brings an analytical eye to luxury homes, investment property, trust sales, and relocation, including guidance on purchasing real estate within IRA and Roth tax-deferred accounts.

Beyond real estate, Tyson has given back to the community he grew up in, including service on the board of the Carlsbad Education Foundation. When he is not working with clients, he can be found near the water, whether at the pool, the beach, or the lagoon, with his wife Jennifer and their two children.
