Jeff Pashby is a proud native of Carlsbad, California. While studying Economics at UC Irvine, he passed the state exam at 18 to become one of the youngest licensed real estate agents in California, earning back-to-back scholarships from the California Association of Realtors.
Jeff started a storied career with The Lund Team in 1997 and is now Co-Owner of the company. His experience spans thousands of transactions of every type, trust sales, investment, first-time home buying, and luxury estates.
