A native of Carlsbad and honors graduate from the University of California-Irvine, Jeff has a comprehensive background in economics and finance that adds a valuable element to each transaction.

Jeff specializes in negotiations, strategy and detailed market analyses. Jeff joined The Lund Team intially as an analyst; computing statistical data and compiling graphical displays to bolster the range pricing marketing campaign.

In 1998, Jeff earned his real estate license to assist seasoned agents in locating the perfect home for our clientele. The California Association of Relators awarded Jeff two academic scholarships (1999, 2001) in recognition of his uncanny interest in the real estate industry.

His background in finance, managerial accounting, international trade, capital market theory, business forecasting and econometrics adds a valuable element and perspective to each transaction.
