As a native of San Diego, born and raised in North County, Emmy began her real estate career in 1994 and then joined The Lund Team in 2001.

With over 17 years of experience, she has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers successfully sell and purchase homes. Emmy is well versed in real estate law, contracts, negotiations, real estate disclosures and general problem solving.

She assists buyers and sellers through the escrow process; coordinating with agents, lenders, appraisers, and inspectors to ensure a successful closing.

Emmy has concentrated on building a real estate career foundation with honesty, integrity and exceptional service. She enjoys the experience of helping friends, family and clients buy and sell real estate.
